24/7 reception
Our Front Desk Administrator will gladly provide you with the necessary information about Tartu or will help you with the following services:
Parking
It is a paid parking area in front of the hotel on Ülikooli street (Zone A). Paying the parking fee of 3€ per hour is necessary from Monday to Friday 8:00 – 19:00 and on Saturday 11:00 – 17:00. Parking is free on Sunday and national holidays. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

The hotel does not have the possibility to charge electric cars. You can find the nearest charging stations for electric vehicles here
Transfer services
We offer transfer services to Tartu, Tallinn, Riga airports, Tallinn port and vice versa.
Tartu airport: 28€
Tallinn airport: 220€
Tallinn port: 230€
Riga airport: 280€

Laundry and dry cleaning
Laundry and dry cleaning service is offered daily. Laundry orders that have been delivered to the reception before 10 o’clock in the morning will be ready on the same day; orders delivered later will be ready by noon the next day the latest. It is a service with additional fee, prices according to the price list.
Lobby bar
Our lobby bar is open 24/7. Feel free to enjoy the best beverages and snacks in our cozy fireside salon.
Internet and office services
We offer several services such as printing, copying, fax sending and receiving and scanning to make your stay more convenient. The hotel has free WiFi area.
Pets
Pets are more than welcome to stay with you in the hotel.
Please let us know in advance when you are coming with a pet, so that we can reserve the most suitable rooms for guests with pets. If possible, we use the rooms on the first floor, so that you can comfortably go for walks. Also, these rooms are located close to the reception, so that our staff would notice if, for example, a pet loudly misses its owner.
The extra charge for staying a pet is 25€/per night/per pet. Upon arrival, a gift bag with products from our partner PrimaDog awaits your favorite.
Guide dogs are exempt of charges.
Please do not bring your pet into the breakfast room. A leash is mandatory for dogs both in hotels and in urban areas. Do not leave your pet alone in a hotel room for a long time.
Please ensure that your pet does not disturb other guests. If this cannot be avoided, we unfortunately cannot allow you to stay at the hotel.
The nearest dog walking area is located on Toome Hill, directly behind the main building of the University of Tartu – please contact the reception desk for further information.
