The 27 rooms spread out on the four floors of the hotel consist of 7 Suites, 6 Deluxe rooms and 14 Superior rooms.
The spacious rooms are designed in such a way that the historical touch is preserved, while each room boasts a luxurious and elegant décor. In the rooms, special color combinations, wallpaper patterns, wall paintings, glaze tile fireplaces and stoves, velvet or rose-thematic sofas and accessories corresponding to the era are carefully planned and harmonized.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and a minibar with rich contents.

Superior Double Room
Coziness and varied design style is offered in the 12 Superior double rooms situated in the main building of the hotel and 2 double rooms in the garden house of the hotel. On all of the four floors the historical ceiling joists are restored as well as possible. In six of the double rooms a luxurious bathroom with a window and a bath is offered for your comfort; the rest of the double room bathrooms have a rain shower. Rooms in the garden house also have a window for an even more harmonizing atmosphere.

Deluxe room
There are six spacious Deluxe rooms in the hotel. The flowery wallpapers together with elegant curtains and historical interior elements only add to the coziness of the high ceilings rooms. All of the Deluxe rooms have a separate bathtub and a shower and a sitting corner.

A stunning view to the main building of the University of Tartu and its famous pillars are open from the two stately and spacious suite windows. Both suites with a fireplace, unique antique furniture and luxurious bathroom. In the free magical suites of the hotel, the old town’s red roofs or the quiet courtyard with a terrace restaurant opened in the summer can be viewed from the windows. The private balcony in the third floor suite where one can enjoy a good read with coffee or tea are provided to pamper you with the comfortable relaxation. In the extra spacious suite located on two floors, the antique wooden beams of the building add a special character to the warm and cosy atmosphere.
