The dinner is served by head chef Reimo Tättar. Wine selection for the menu is chosen by Vinorama sommelier Karoline Reinhold, who is a two-time Estonian champion, has gained experience working in various wineries.
Head chef serves a four-course menu accompanied by selected wines. These biodynamic and unique wines come from wineries that value sustainability, which is currently a very big trend in the world.
