Attention cheese lovers – this evening is meant for you!
Restaurant Antonius is organising a wonderful evening full of great flavours in cooperation with the cheese shop brand Juustukuningad!

Merit Miller, co-founder of Juustukuningad and author of the brand, will share her extensive knowledge and love of cheese with you during an interactive dinner. She will also share tricks on how to best enjoy cheeses. Juustukuningad has been delighting us with top-quality cheese for 12 years and boasts stores in six different countries. Their mission is to develop cheese culture and offer high quality at a reasonable price.

The star of each course is CHEESE!
The 4-course dinner includes amuse bouche, 4-course menu, Antonius’ house bread, water and coffee or tea.

Slowly cooked beef cheek with Raclette cheese soufflé and red wine reduction
Charred orange and peach cream cheese with blackberry jelly and marinated reed
